Dr. C.V. Raman University is an Institution of higher learning located in Kota, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh in India. The university was established by the All-India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT) on November 3, 2006. It is the first private university in Chhattisgarh. The university is named after a renowned Indian physicist and Nobel Laureate, who was also the first president and founding member of the Indian Institutes of Sciences, Dr. C.V. Raman. The university offers many study options for students looking to pursue higher education in the fields of science, engineering, humanities, commerce, journalism, management, law studies, etc. Dr. C.V.
