For UG courses, candidates who have completed their 10+2 in pertinent fields are eligible to apply. The MGKVP Varanasi admissions to the UG and PG courses are based on the university’s dedicated entrance test, whereas for MBA and MCA, CUET PG results are considered for admission. The Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith application process for admission is conducted online on the official website.

Candidates have to submit the application form, pay the MGKVP admission fees and submit the required documents to complete the application process successfully. The registrations have to be done online. Candidates by following the pointers given below can apply online for admission to MGKVP, to their desired courses.

• Go to the official website of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith.
• Hover over the ‘Student’ tab, and from there click on the ‘Admission’ option.
• Then click on the ‘Apply Online’ button.
• Applicants will be directed to the MGKVP Entrance Examination portal.
• Click on the ‘Applicant Login’ section, and log in with your Username, Password and Captcha.
• To apply for the entrance test, you must click on the ‘Apply for Entrance Exams’ tab.
• A drop down will appear with the options for: Certificate/ Diploma/ UG Courses Entrance Exam Application, PG Diploma/ PG Courses Entrance Exam Application, and MCA Admission Application Form.
• Click on the desired course, in which you want to apply.
• Choose the ‘Campus’ and ‘Degree Level’ then click on ‘Proceed to Application’
• You will be directed to the MGKVP application form.
• Fill out the form carefully and upload your photo and signature.
• Click on ‘Save Registration’.
• It is advised that you take a printout as well for further use.
