QIS College of Pharmacy Established in the year 2006 by Sri Nidamanuri Educational Society, committed to promoting Pharmaceutical education in Prakasam District. The college is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada and approved by AICTE, Pharmacy Council of India., New Delhi.
The courses offered by our college not only enable the students to develop a gamut of skills but also apply them to real-world problems, thus fast-tracking their careers. The process of teaching, training, and evaluation follows the modern Gurukul system, which makes the education system at QIS College of Pharmacy in-sync the latest trends in the Pharma Industry. Education, thus rather than being lecture oriented and traditional, is more student-driven.

Pharmacy Education: Pharmacy is an integral part of the health care system and thus Pharmacy Practice is a noble profession. Pharmacy Education provides ample opportunities for students to perform their professional skills and extend their service to patients. Pharmacists form an important link between physicians and patients. They provide technical information on medicines, understand the principles of quality assurance as applied to medicine, and are able to advise or guide the patients with minor illness to patients suffering from chronic diseases. Pharmacists are also responsible for the production and quality control of drugs and dosage in different forms. Our nation needs qualified and competent pharmacists to work in hospitals, Private Pharmacies, Ministries, Teaching Institutions, and Pharmaceutical Industries.
